RETURNS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. WHILE ISSUING THE RETURN, PLEASE SHARE IMAGES/VIDEOS OF THE DEFECT TO GET IT APPROVED.
WE DON’T CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE UNDER PROCESS, AS THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF DISPATCH.

IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE’LL SEND YOU ALL THE RETURN DETAILS AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE.
REFUND PROCESSING TO REFLECT AT YOUR END MAY TAKE UP TO 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

EXCHANGES
WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER, THE EXCHANGE CAN BE INITIATED, SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. EXCHANGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SIZE CHANGE.
EXCHANGE VALUE - MUST BE EQUAL TO OR HIGHER THAN THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE BOUGHT. AN EXCHANGE CAN BE DONE FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, CONSIDERING THE SIZE AND AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF EXCHANGE.
REFUNDS
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND.
